Driving License C+E - The Master Class of Truck Driver's Licences

A driving license class C+E permits you to drive a lorry and trailer or semi-trailer up to a maximum mass exceeding the weight of 750 kilograms. This is the "masterclass" of truck driver's licenses.

It shares the same features as the various previous types of driving licences and is similar to a credit card with a photo.

Theory Test

The theory test portion of driving license C+E is comprised of 100 multiple-choice tests. To pass the test, you need to be able to score at least 80 points out of 100. The test also contains an array of case studies and an oral component.

The questions on the theory test cover subjects relating to road safety and the laws. It is crucial to go through these materials prior to the test to ensure that you can prepare yourself thoroughly. Short films are now included in the driving theory test starting in 2014. This is to make the test more real.
